Terms of Use

Who these are for

These terms are for crew and staff who use LawnMatrix because the business they work for has added them. The business itself has a separate Customer Agreement with Bronx Web NZ, which owns LawnMatrix.

Using the app

• Use LawnMatrix only for work for the business that added you.
• Keep your login to yourself. Don't share it or let anyone else use it.
• Don't copy, download or share customer details, photos or anything else out of the app, except as the business asks you to for the job.
• Don't try to get around the app's security, or get at data you haven't been given.
• Take honest photos of the actual job and record times truthfully.

Your information

Your name, email, phone and job activity (what you did, when, photos you took, and where the phone was when you started and finished a job) are stored so the business can run its work. Only that business and LawnMatrix support can see them. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

When your access ends

The business can remove your access at any time, for example when you stop working for them. Records of work you did stay with the business.

The app itself

LawnMatrix is still being built and things change. If something looks wrong, tell the business you work for, or email support@bronxweb.nz.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
